Who we are

Qlarifi is an early stage FinTech Infra startup who just raised its first round of funding (pre-seed). We are gearing up to disrupt the industry and are looking for our first engineer to join our founding team.

Who we are looking for

You are an experienced professional who has worked for 7-10 years as an engineer in various industries or companies. These past jobs helped you build confidence in your ability to tackle ambiguous problems, build large-scale systems, reason about performance and reliability, and write quality code.

You have experience building data streaming architectures for real-time data processing that are at the core of the product. You will use all of security, devops & software engineering best practices to build our data infrastructure as a first class citizen.

You crave independence, ownership, and impact in your career and you want to be part of an ambitious team. Your influence is critical in shaping the successful delivery of our product roadmap, but more importantly in building the culture of the company.

What your impact is

• You collaborate closely with the CTO to design the data architecture of the product, make important design decisions through team collaboration.

• You build the first version of our product at a high pace, while ensuring the stability of the system and set the bar for our best engineering practices.

• You enjoy the multidisciplinary aspect of the job, juggling between coding and talking to our sales team, modifying our K8s cluster and interviewing candidates.

• You are excited to contribute to key hiring decisions, you are invested in shaping our engineering culture and building a diverse team of great talent around you.

• You are passionate about delivering value to our customers through modern software, not the other way around. You are pragmatic and technology agnostic, ready to adapt to use the right tool for the job, even if that means learning from scratch.

What our tech stack looks like

Our product will handle millions of events daily that will be processed in real-time for data monitoring, cleaning, transformation and aggregation.

While there still a lot of decisions to be made and this could change, here are some of the technologies we plan on using:
